- Wyoming LLC set up and maintenance for an international real estate portfolio involving a trust.
Estate Planning
- Setting up a Private Placement Life Insurance policy for a client with a royalty stream that will outlive him.
International Investment
- Setting up a seven-figure investment mandate with a Swiss asset manager through a Domestic Asset Protection Trust.
- Helping to move an eight-figure investment mandate from one Swiss manager to another.
- Reviewing contracts and conducting due diligence on multiple foreign real estate investments for clients (Paraguay, Panama, Mexico, Nicaragua, Portugal, Italy, and others).
- Setting up a self-directed (“checkbook”) IRA to purchase foreign real estate. Includes monitoring service to avoid prohibited transactions that would “blow up” the account and subject the entire account to taxes.
Residency Related

- Helping client choose between Mexican and Panamanian retirement residency, and completing the application on his behalf.
